1. By the present application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 2 years and 22 days in fling the First Appeal. The First Appeal is fled by the Applicant assailing the Judgment and Award dated 29/12/2015 passed by the MACT, Satara in MACP No.4 of 2010 by which the Applicant and Respondent No.2, jointly and severally, are directed to pay the compensation to the claimants.

The delay caused, is sought to be explained in paragraphs 9 to 11 of the application.

2. I have perused the said reasons, which appear to be bona fde and the delay in fling the First Appeal deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, the application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
