.       Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Pursuant to the judgment and award dated 29 th November,

2018 passed by the Commissioner for Employees' Compensation

and Judge, Labour Court, Sangli in Application in WCA No.28/B-

7/2011 the applicant has deposited the amount of compensation

along with interest accrued thereon.

3. By a separate order respondent-original claimants have been

permitted to withdraw a portion of the compensation amount.

4. In view of above, there shall be stay to the execution,

operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and award

dated 29th November, 2018, till the disposal of the appeal.

5. The application accordingly stands disposed of.
