. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the

tribe claim of the petitioner is invalidated, this Court had protected the

service of the petitioner under judgment and order dated 13.06.2016 in

Writ Petition No. 108 of 2016, still the petitioner is placed on

supernumerary post.

2. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 26.10.2021. The

learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent No. 1. Humdast allowed.

3. Till then, the impugned order may not be implemented against

the petitioner.
