2. By this application, applicant is seeking condonation of delay of

2 years and 219 days in preferring appeal against the judgment and

decree dated 2nd May 2015 passed by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior

Division, Pune in Special Civil Suit No. 139 of 2004.

3. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that he has

instructions to file reply in the matter and seeks time to do so.
