2. By this application for condonation of delay, the applicant is

seeking condonation of delay of 31 days in preferring appeal against

the judgment and award dated 23rd June 2016 in MACP No 964/13

passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pune. The reasons for

the delay have been explained in paragraphs No. 3 and 5 of the

application.

3. It is observed from the office record that the respondents have

been served. However, there is no appearance on behalf of the

Respondents nor any reply filed opposing the said application.

4. From perusal of paragraphs no. 3 and 5 of the application, this

Court is inclined to condone the delay of 31 days in preferring the

appeal. Delay is accordingly condoned.

5. Civil application stands disposed.

6. List the first appeal for admission on 11th October 2021.
