2. By this application, the Executive Engineer, Gunjawani Project as

applicant, is seeking condonation of delay of 1 year and 139 days in

preferring appeal against judgment and award dated 26 th February

2018 passed by the District Judge-19, Pune in LAR No. 493 of 2000.

3. It is observed from the application that the delay has been

explained in paragraph 4 containing particulars of specific dates and

events leading upto the filing of the appeal. Further in paragraphs 5

and 6 the reasons causing delay have been stated.

4. Since this matter is appearing after quite some time and none

appears for the applicant, list this matter on 11 th October 2021, when
