By this application, the applicant seeks to bring the legal heirs of deceased petitioner on record, who is claimed to be expired on 07.05.2021. However, the petition itself has been disposed of by this Court by Judgment dated 08.03.2018, as a result, the present application would not be maintainable.

The application is accordingly dismissed.
