                      applicant/appellant.


2. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 22 nd November

2021.

3. In addition to the notice through Court, the

applicant/appellant is at liberty to serve the respondents by private

notice and file affidavit of service.

4. The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions,

submits that the applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount of

compensation along with interest accrued thereon in terms of the

judgment and award dated 12th December 2018 passed by the

learned Member, MACT, Mumbai in M.A.C.A. No. 555 of 2013,

within a period of four weeks.

5. In view of the aforesaid statement and willingness on the

part of the applicant to deposit the entire amount of compensation,

the execution, operation and implementation of the judgment and

award in M.A.C.A. No. 555 of 2013 dated 12 th December 2018

stands stayed, till next date, subject to deposit of the entire amount

of compensation along with interest accrued thereon, till the date

of deposit, within a period of four weeks.
