PER COURT:-
1. The appellant is aggrieved by the judgment and order
dated 30.03.2021 delivered by the learned Family Court, Beed vide
which Petition No.A-09/2020 fled by the respondent seeking
dissolution of marriage, has been allowed. The learned advocate for
the appellant submits on instructions that the respondent has not
performed the second marriage.
2. Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 18.11.2021.
Copies of the appeal and civil application shall be tendered on or
before 11.10.2021 for issuing notices.
3. Until further orders, the respondent shall not enter into a
second marriage, if not already performed.
