                      1]       This petition takes an exception to the order dated 15.4.2015

passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Karmala below Exhibit-60 in Regular Civil Suit No.137 of 2008.

2] The learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a copy of judgment and decree dated 2.4.2019 passed by the learned trial court in Regular Civil Suit No. 137 of 2008 and submits that as the suit itself has been disposed of, nothing survive in the present petition.

3] Considering this fact, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
