By moving this application, the applicants, who were unsuccessful appellants in Second Appeal No.463 of 2017 are praying for review of the judgment in Second Appeal No. 463 of 2017, thereby the appeal filed on behalf of the present applicants was dismissed.

2. Second Appeal No.463 of 2017 was argued very elaborately and by detailed judgment, the appeal was dismissed. The applicant's counsel Shri Masood Shareef himself has argued the said matter at Second Appeal stage.

3. After hearing the learned counsel Shri Masood Shareef, I am of the view that no case is made out for review.

4. Accordingly, the review application is rejected.
