. By this Application, the Applicant has sought to condone the

delay of two years and four months in filing the Appeal against the

judgment and order dated 27/02/2019 passed by the Additional

Sessions Judge, Pune in Sessions Case No.609/2014. By the impugned

judgment, the Appellant has been convicted for offences under sections

366, 376(2)(l)(n), 376D of the Indian Penal Code.

2. The maximum sentence imposed against the Appellant is of 20

years imprisonment. Considering the said fact and also considering the

reasons stated in the Application, in my considered view, the delay is

condoned. Appeal be registered.
