1. Heard Ms. Priya Thakre, learned counsel holding for Mr. R.G. Bagul, learned counsel for the appellant.
2. This appeal is filed by the claimant since the claim petition filed by her before the Railway Claims Tribunal stands dismissed. The appellant was required to file the claim petition because of death of her son Ramniwas. After having gone through the impugned judgment, I am of the view that re-look is necessary.
