that Bail Application No. 114 of 2021 in respect of applicant No.1

- Nasimbee W/o Jafar Khan, for regular bail was withdrawn vide

order dated 17th February 2021 (Coram: Smt. Vibha Kankanwadi,

J.). It was after filing of charge-sheet. In view of the Judgment

of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of M/s Gati Limited

vs. T. Nagarajan Piramiajee and another in Criminal

Appeal No. 870 of 2019, the application be placed before the

same Court (Coram: Smt. Vibha Kankanwadi, J.).
