Heard. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith.

Heard finally by consent of the learned counsel for the parties present

before the Court.

(2) Now Government Resolution(GR)dated 29/10/2021

is produced before this Court by the learned Government Pleader,

which is taken on record and marked as 'A' for identification purpose.

This GR now exempts all the lecturers who were appointed between

23/10/1992 to 03/04/2000 from the requirement of the NET and CET

clearance. Learned Government Pleader admits that the case of the

petitioners is covered by this GR and also view taken by this Court in

the bunch of petitions starting with Writ Petition No.622 of 2021

decided on 18/11/2021.

(3) Accordingly, we allow the petition in terms of GR

dated 29/10/2021 and direct that pension be released to the

petitioners within four weeks from the date of the order. Arrears of

the pension shall be released to the petitioners into equal installments

within a period of six months from the date of the order.

               (4)                   Rule accordingly. No costs.
