early as possible the Respondents i.e. Claimants will be paid the

amount as directed by Judgment and Award dated 5 th December,

2017.

3. Rs. 25,000/- deposited in this Court by the Appellants towards

statutory deposit be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims

Tribunal, Mumbai in Application No. 1990 of 2011 as the Appeal is

5. The First Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As First Appeal is

dismissed the Civil Applications do not survive and stands disposed

of.
