PER COURT :-

. Vide order dated 07.11.2009, this Court granted interim

stay to the impugned judgment and decree on condition of

depositing a sum of Rs.10,000/- per year towards probable mesne

profits, to be deposited by the end of 31st March of each year.

2. Learned Advocate Shri Kshirsagar objects for delayed

payment. According to him, the appellants ought to have deposited

the amount within the time framed.

3. The reason assigned for delay in depositing the amount

is pandemic due to Covid-19.

4. In view of the reason assigned, the request is allowed.
