delivered by this Court on 12th March, 2021 in case of Arun T.

Dhumale and Others versus State of Maharashtra & Ors. in Writ

Petition (St) No. 95405 of 2020 against the petitioner. She states that

as the said judgment is binding on this Court, this petition also be

dismissed. Statement is accepted.
