This is an application for condonation of delay and for

bringing legal heirs of the sole claimant on record. This

application is moved by the legal heirs of the sole claimant, who

died after the Judgment passed in land acquisition reference

matter.

2. For the reasons stated in the application, civil application is

allowed. The delay is condoned. It is permitted to bring legal

heirs of sole claimant on record. The appellants are directed to

take steps to carry out the amendment within two weeks. The

civil application is disposed of in above terms.

3. Office is directed to place the matter for further

consideration after one week thereafter.
