. This civil application has been fled by the applicant/wife for

condonation of delay of 292 days in fling the related appeal against the

judgment and order dated 19.11.2018 passed by the Family Court at

Nanded, dissolving the marriage of applicant with respondent by decree

of divorce. Upon notice being issued, respondent-husband has appeared

and prays for time to fle objection to the prayer for condonation of delay.

2. Let the objection be fled within a week. Case be thereafter

listed on 09.04.2021.
