PER COURT :-

        Perused         the    applications    for     condonation           of     delay.

No explanation has been offered by the applicants for the period

between 21-04-2010 when the impugned Judgment and Award

passed and the date of applications made for certified copy i.e.

11-06-2015. Since the applicants have taken five years to apply for

certified copy, it is expected that sufficient cause must be shown for

such delay. The explanation to said delay of five years is missing in

the application. I could have rejected the applications solely on

said ground, however, to give an opportunity to explain the delay,

time of three weeks is granted to the applicants, to file detailed

affidavit explaining delay for said period.
