1. After hearing the parties for some time, we are of the view
that the Family Court Appeal itself can be heard finally and
expeditiously. Both the learned counsel request that the Family Court
Appeal itself shall be heard finally. The parties are at liberty to file
joint compilation of pleadings and record forming part of the record
before the Family Court.
2. Place the matter on board for hearing and final disposal on
23rd April, 2021. A copy of the joint compilation shall be served upon
each other before the next date. The parties are permitted to file brief

written proposition of law along with synopsis and the copies of the
judgments which they propose to rely upon in advance with a copy to
be served on the other side.
