This is an application for condonation of delay.

2. After going through the contents of the application, it is

revealed that the application is not properly drafted. No

explanation is ofered as regards the applicant-Acquiring Body has

taken three years to apply for certifed copies after Judgment and

order passed on 07-02-2018. At some places, the dates are not

mentioned and the portion where the date should be mentioned

that has kept blank. It appears that in a highly casual manner, the

application has been drafted. I could have rejected the application

in absence of sufcient reasons, however, to give an opportunity to

fle detailed afdavit explaining the sufcient cause for condonation

of delay, time of two weeks' is granted.
