2. Due to lock-down in Amravati and Nagpur Districts, the concerned officer of the appellant could not attend the Court for performing the affidavit as directed by this Court in the order dated 26-02-2021.
3. By keeping the issue as expressed in the said order open, the appellant is permitted to deposit the entire decretal amount within a period of one week from today.

4. The respondent nos. 1 and 2 are permitted to file an application for withdrawal and it may be considered on merits.
