                                            This is an application moved for speaking
                               to minutes to judgment dated 22nd December, 2020.

                               2.           Heard the respective counsels for the
                               parties.

                               3.           Shri Motwani, learned counsel for the
                               applicant points out that in paragraph 3 of the
                               judgment dated 22nd December, 2020 following
                               corrections are needed. In the forth line in place of
                               'applicant no.2' it should be 'applicant no.1' and in
                               fifth line in place of 'applicant no.1' it should be
                               mentioned as 'daughter of applicant no.2'.

                               4.           It is further pointed out that the crime

                              number is wrongly mentioned as Crime No. 456 of
                              2020 in place of Crime No.445 of 2020.

                              5.         We have perused the judgment and
                              thereupon we find that the correction pointed out by
                              the learned counsel for the applicant are necessary.
                              Accordingly, we pass the following order.
                                                     ORDER

In paragraph 3 of the judgment in the fourth line in place of 'applicant no.2' it be read as "applicant no.1" and in the fifth line of the same paragraph in place of 'applicant no.1' it be read as "daughter of applicant no.2".

Similarly, in fourth line of paragraph no.2 and in operative part of the order in clause (ii) Crime No. 456 of 2020 be replaced and read as Crime No. "445 of 2020".

Criminal Application is disposed of.
