instructions submits that the applicant was tried in POCSO

Special Case No.355 of 2017 and has been convicted and

sentenced to undergo imprisonment for three years with

fine, in default to undergo imprisonment for three months

by the judgment and order dated 11th December, 2020. It is

submitted that the applicant has already undergone the

sentence, as a under-trial prisoner as on the date of the

judgment.
