(2) By this writ petition the petitioner is challenging the judgment and order dated 03.08.2019 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Amravati whereby the School Tribunal dismissed the appeal filed on behalf of the petitioner, who challenged the order of promotion given to Sister Ida Thomas Sapri and Sister Nimrala Udaynarayan Mahish.
