                ORDER :

1. Not on board. Upon mentioning taken on board.

2. Learned Advocate for the Petitioner fled praecipe on 1st

March, 2021 for urgent circulation. The learned Advocate for

the Petitioner submits that by this Writ Petition the Petitioner

is challenging the judgment and order dated 3rd May, 2007

passed by the Respondent No.2 - Committee. Learned Advocate

for the Petitioner submits that during the pendency of the

present Writ Petition, Respondent issued notice dated 25th

January, 2021 of terminating the services of the Applicant /

Petitioner after one month. He submits that there is an urgency

in the present matter because if the stay is not granted, the

Respondent may terminate the services of the Applicant /

Petitioner any time.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel

for the Applicant and the reasons given in the praecipe

following order is passed:-

1. The Registry is directed to place the matter on board on

8th March, 2021.

2. The Petitioner / Applicant is directed to inform other

side in writing about the next date of hearing on or before 4th

March, 2021 and fle Affdavit of Service to that effect. If

Affdavit of Service is fled, matter to appear on board on 8th

March, 2021 otherwise as per CMIS date.
