dated 30/03/2021, by which his petition No.A-22/2019, praying for

restitution of conjugal rights has been dismissed and Petition No.

A-120/2018, filed by the wife seeking divorce, has been allowed.

2. Issue notice to the respondent. The learned Advocate for the

respondent appears on caveat and waives service of notice. He prays for a

short accommodation.

3. Stand over to 14/07/2021. The learned Advocates for the parties

may take instructions as to whether the parties would desire the reference

of this case to a Mediator.
