1. We have heard the learned counsel for the

applicant/appellant Mr. Dhorde, for some time.

2. This is the criminal appeal preferred against the

judgment and order of conviction passed in the year

2015. At present, we are taking up the appeals against

the conviction where the appellants are in jail of the

year 2014. We thus propose the learned counsel

appearing for both the appellants that these appeals

would be taken up for hearing in the frst weeks of

August, 2021 positively.

3. In view of the above, the learned counsel

appearing for the applicant in criminal application

No.1251 of 2021, on instructions, seeks leave to

2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
