Shri Narnaware, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the common judgment in Writ Petition No. 903/2020 with other connected writ petitions, that was decided on 04.05.2021 at Aurangabad Bench of this Court, the communication by which the services of the petitioners was being treated as rendered on supernumerary post is liable to be quashed.
