According to the petitioner, uncle of the petitioner has been

directed to be issued validity certificate by this Court in Writ Petition

No. 1984 of 1996 under Judgment and order dated 18 th March, 2004. The

petitioner may refer to the said Judgment before the Committee. Naturally

the committee will consider the said Judgment and other documents on

record and decide the matter on its own merits.

2. The Committee shall decide the validation proceedings

preferably by 30th August, 2021 from the date of appearance of the

petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on

01-07-2021. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
