Civil Application (F) No.470/2020 It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that decretal amount has been deposited with the Labour Court, Gondia. Pursis to that effect will be filed.

In view of that stay is granted to the execution of the impugned judgment and decree till appearance of the respondents.
