Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

Heard the learned Advocate for the appellant.

It is submitted that the Larger Bench of the Hon'ble Supreme Court has answered the issue referred to them in the case of National Insurance Company Limited vs. Sinitha & others (AIR 2012 SC 797). He undertakes to produce that judgment. According to him, the issue concerns more of a law than the fact. He undertakes to produce the copy of evidence. This Court has already shortlisted the issue involved in this appeal as per the order dated 02/12/2015.

In view of that, filing of private paper-book is dispensed with and the matter be kept on 7 th July, 2021 for final hearing.
