1. Heard Shri Chillarge, learned advocate for appellants.

2. This Appeal From Order has been directed against the judgment and order dated 29-06-2018 passed by the learned District Judge-1, Bhokar, District Nanded in Regular Civil Appeal No.02/2011, whereby the suit is remanded back to the trial Court for fresh hearing as directed in the judgment.

3. Shri Chillarge, learned advocate for appellant submits that after remand, suit came to be dismissed in-default, as respondent No.1 - plaintiff did not appear and prosecute the same.

4. Shri Chillarge, learned advocate seeks short time for placing on record the certified copy of the order by which learned trial Court dismissed the suit in-default.

5. In view of the aforesaid submission, stand over to 12-07-2021.
