None for the petitioners. Heard Shri Rohan Deo, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Shri D.P. Thakare, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent No. 3.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is with regard to non-compliance of the directions issued in Writ Petition Nos. 840 and 841 of 2018 by this Court on 05.06.2018. By the said order, the statement made on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2 herein that there was workload available for engaging the petitioners, was accepted. The Court further directed respondent Nos. 1 & 2, not to engage anybody else to

shoulder the workload of the petitioners. This judgment was challenged by respondent Nos. 1 & 2 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and by an interim order dated 10.09.2018, further proceedings in these Contempt Petitions were stayed. Thereafter, on 02.12.2019, both the Special Leave Petitions were disposed of by modifying the directions issued by this Court on 05.06.2018. The Hon'ble Supreme Court directed respondent Nos. 1 & 2 to keep two posts vacant till the Appeals were decided by the University and College Tribunal but permitted respondent Nos. 1 & 2 to make such other arrangement to carry out the teaching activities in the College.

3. It is informed by the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 that thereafter the Appeals were decided by the University and College Tribunal, Nagpur.

4. In view of the aforesaid and in the light of the fact that the directions issued by this Court in the aforesaid writ petitions were modified by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Appeals having now been decided, there is no reason to keep the present proceedings pending. Both the Contempt Petitions are disposed of.
