ORDER:

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that validation

proceedings in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending.

Result of the petitioner of final year BDS course is withheld on the ground

that validity certificate is not submitted. The learned counsel submits that

vigilance has been completed. Reply is also filed.

2. Mr. Joshi, the learned counsel appears for respondent No.1.

Learned A.G.P. appears for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

3. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 29.06.2021.

Considering that vigilance is conducted and reply is filed, the committee

shall endevour to decide the proceeding within three months.

4. The respondent Nos. 1 and 2 shall not withhold the result of the

petitioner of final year BDS course only on the ground that validation

proceeding is pending.

5. In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the petitioner

shall not be refrained from prosecuting her internship only on the ground

that validation proceeding is pending. However, the internship certificate

and other documents shall not be released unless the petitioner produces

validity certificate. The respondents are entitled to proceed further in

accordance with the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in

the validation proceedings.

6. Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
