The present appellant/original respondent No.2 was directed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur, as per the judgment dated 11th February, 2021, to pay the compensation along with the owner. The Insurance Company is aggrieved and, that is why, the present appeal has been preferred.
