.         Present        application    has    been      filed   for     bringing        legal

representatives of respondent Nos.1 and 5 i.e. deceased Dnyanoba and Yashwant on record and condoning the delay, however, it is filed in ignorance of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme in Suo Moto Writ Petition (C) No.3 of 2020 dated 08.03.2021.

2. Therefore, application stands allowed.

3. Delay, if any, stands condoned.

4. Legal representatives of respondent Nos.1 and 5 be allowed to be brought on record.

5. Amendment to that effect be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.
