       ORDER :

1. Learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 seeks

time for obtaining instructions. Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for

the Petitioner submits that Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are served.

2. The short question that arises before this Court is

whether the Government Resolution dated 23rd October, 2013

relied upon by the Respondent No.2 in the impugned order

applies to the appointments made prior to the date of issuance

of the said Government Resolution and more particularly in

this case when the Petitioner was appointed as peon on 30th

July, 2013 w.e.f. 1st August, 2013. No Affdavit in Reply is fled.

3. As and by way of last indulgence, Respondent Nos.1

and 2 are granted one week time to take instructions as to

whether the said Government Resolution dated 23rd October,

2013 applies to the appointment in question or not and to make

appropriate statement before this Court. Affdavit in Reply

shall be fled within one week.

4. Place the matter on 26th July, 2021 high on board.

5. It is made clear that the Court will make an

endevour to dispose of the Petition fnally at the admission of

stage subject to the time constraint. Learned AGP also to make

statement whether the judgment delivered by this Court in

Writ Petition No.3525 of 2019 in the Petition fled by Mr.

Shrikrishna Bhikaji Bondge Vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors.

applies to the facts of this case or not on the next date. It is

made clear that no further adjournments will be granted.
