1. These appeals take exceptions to the judgment and order

of conviction awarded to the appellants. The appeals are old, being of

the year 1998 and 1999.

2. Perusal of the record shows that the present appeals were

posted for hearing on 13th March 2020 and on that day, at the request of

learned counsel Ms. Heena Suvarnakar holding for Mr. K. S. Patil advocate

for the appellants, the appeals were adjourned; but thereafter appeals

did not appear on board. Today, none appears for the appellants.

3. Considering the above referred facts, we adjourn the

appeals for two weeks so as to provide one more and last opportunity to

the appellants. Stand over to 28th July 2021.
