involved in this petition 'whether non teaching employee becoming

surplus due to changed staffing pattern would continue to work till he

retires only after the retirement, the post would lapse or not' is covered

by the various judgments of this Court or not ?'

2. Mr.Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to furnish

copies of those judgments in advance to the learned A.G.P. and also to

this Court to enable the learned A.G.P. to take instructions and to make

a statement before this Court on the next date.
