2] This is an application for condonation of delay of 60 days caused in filing the appeal.

3] Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.

7] Shri Marathe, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that the appellant has already deposited the principal amount before the Reference Court, and is ready to deposit the balance decreetal amount within a period of twelve weeks.

8] Accordingly, there shall be ad-interim stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 23/09/2019 passed by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in L.A.C. No. 433/2015, until further orders, subject to deposit of balance decreetal amount.
