Heard through video conferencing.

2. The Notice of Motion will need to be heard pursuant to directions of the Division Bench in appeal. Given that there are limited hearings during the ongoing lockdown, and that there are other part-heard matters in hand, as also other matters that are scheduled for final hearing, I will list this Notice of Motion for final disposal on 2nd August 2021 at 2.30 pm. It is not possible to take it up any sooner than that day. The listing is subject to overnight part- heard.

3. The pleadings are complete. No further Affidavits are to be filed. Both sides will put together a common compilation of previous orders.

4. Parties are at liberty to file by 28th July 2021, concise written submissions.

5. I will accept one fresh set of consolidated written submissions from each side. These will indeed be brief: they are not to exceed 15 pages. They will conform to the Full Court decision of 16th June 2021: they are to be on good quality A4 white paper of 75 GSM with an inner margin of 5 cm, an outer margin of 3 cm, in Times New Roman or Georgia font, with a font-size-remove not less than 14 point. The written submissions are to be signed and dated by arguing counsel, not the attorneys. There are to be no extracts or quotations from judgments or documents in the written submissions. cross references provided inline (not in footnotes) to the relevant material.

6. A separate list of dates by each side is permitted, following the same formatting parameters.

7. A compilation of authorities is permitted, also on A4 white paper. Each compilation must have an index and running page numbering. The index will give the running page numbers (not the internal page numbers of the law reports) and also mention the relevant paragraph numbers.

8. Submissions, lists of dates and compilations that do not conform to these requirements will not be accepted.

9. All concerned will act on production of an ordinary copy of this order.
