By this First Appeal, the Appellant-Original Plaintiff is challenging the Judgment and decree dated 18/06/2019 passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane dismissing the Appellant's Special Civil Suit No. 685/2017 which was filed for recovery of Rs. 6,69,25,610/- along with interest @ 18% per annum on the said amount.
