5. The judgment and award dated 22.9.2016 passed by the learned Reference Court, Osmanabad, District Osmanabad in Land Acquisition References No. 1331 of 2011, is stayed till the disposal of the appeal, subject to depositing of entire amount of

compensation by the applicant in this Court along with accrued interest thereon within a period of twelve weeks from today.

6. Failure to do so, shall entail the vacation of stay granted without back reference to this Court.
