The learned A.G.P. submits that the judgment of the Tribunal giving benefit of only increment, leave and other benefits from the date of their appointments that is calculating ad-hoc service is not in tune with the judgment of the Nagpur Bench and also the judgment at the Principal Seat at Bombay referred to at page nos.95 and 109 of this compilation.
