Priknit Retials Ltd., under section 33 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, is passed and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Agarwal, Resolution Professional is appointed as liquidator in the matter of the Defendant No. 1. The copy of the judgment is taken on record.
