(CRIMINAL APPEAL NOS.532 OF 2020 & 588 OF 2020)

1. These two criminal appeals have been preferred by the

convicted accused seeking to challenge the Judgment and order

dated 13-08-2020, delivered by the learned Additional Sessions

Judge, Ahmednagar in Session Case No.61 of 2019 vide which, the

appellants - accused have been convicted for having committed

offences punishable under Sections 325 r/w Sec. 34 of the IPC and

have been sentenced for 3 years rigorous imprisonment. They have

also been sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life along with fine

amounts for having committed the offence punishable under Section

302 r/w. Sec.34 of the IPC.

2. Having heard the learned Advocate for the appellants

and the learned Prosecutor, the appeals are Admitted. The learned

Prosecutor waives service on admission.

3. The learned Trial Court is requested to prepare the

appeal paper book in Session Case No.61 of 2019, as expeditiously as

possible and preferably by 31-07-2021 and transmit the said appeal

paper book along with the original Record & Proceedings to this

Court, by 31-08-2021.

4. The learned Advocate appearing for the applicants in

these two criminal applications submits that, he desires to assist the

Prosecutor. The learned Advocates appearing for the accused and the

State, do not oppose the applications. As such, the two criminal

applications are allowed.
