3. Learned counsel for the parties have placed before the court an order dated 20th January, 2021 passed by the Supreme Court in SLP (C) Nos.14633-14634 of 2020 (Union of India Vs. M/s Raj Grow Impex LLP) and in SLP (C) Nos.1037 of 2021 and 1097 of 2021.

4. We find that Supreme Court has issued notice in the SLPs, staying operation of judgment and order dated 15 th October, 2020 passed in Writ Petition (L) Nos.3502 and 3503 of 2020.

5. In view thereof, further proceedings are hereby stayed.

6. Liberty to the parties to mention.

7. Personal appearance of the respondents are hereby dispensed with.
